Today is my husband's birthday, I wish I could give him more. He deserves more at this time of his life. Happy Birthday Sweetie.
I dreamed of Tawnchi.. my baby how i miss you so much. Love you all the time.
I wrote to mom,
Dear mom,
I dreamed of Tawnchi last night,
I had went to the home in Roy to visit with Tawnchi. I went up the stairs and it was beautiful inside, it had high ceiling with curtains that came all the way down, While I was waiting for you to come back in, I looked up and noticed these pants, what you would later call them “Character Pants”, I was looking for Tawnchi’s. You came up behind me and said “He’s wearing his already.” I told you there were very interesting. You walked back to your stack of materials by your sewing machine. “I’m running out to do errands, I will be back later. He is at the babysitters if you want to visit with him.”
The babysitter’s house was about four blocks away, but they didn’t have blocks it was a country environment, with beautiful landscapes, and houses, no sidewalks. It was like she was expecting me she had him in the carrier already. She told me he was asleep and he was running a slight fever. She gave me two bottles of liquid medicine that looked like tea. Tawnchi was about 1 ½ to 2 years old, his hair was the same, light brown and a bit curly. I looked at his pants, it had patches of Teddy Bears, Boy Teddy Bears, and on his back pant belt loop was a dark blue sock tied to it. There were other designs on it. He had suspenders like around his light blue T-shirt. The lady asked me if I was going back to the house, I said that I was.
I loaded Tawnchi into my car, and I turned to look at him, he was talking to me. I can’t remember what he was saying but he was talking as I drove back to the house. I carried him inside the house with the car seat. My father was fixing something inside, like a carpenter. All the windows were open and the curtains flew about as it was getting windy. I hurried and closed the windows and sat down next to Tawnchi, I heard my dad tell me he was better off being with you guys. In my heart, I knew he was right.
2011 Here I go...

WE have had a social service lady come and interview us for the adoption case, she seems like a nice young lady from Crownpoint, NM.
Nothing has happened lately, except that Grandson won the Grand Champion Award in Denver Colorado.
Troy was stabbed and flown to the hospital in Rapid City, SD., they were able to get him going again, and upon his release the Feds got him and now he is in jail. I don't know how long, his family asked if he could be released to us and we said no. Why? Because he will be a felon, and that just don't sit well when we're trying to adopt Rey. Troy has decided to live a 'gangster' life, and that activity is not going to be allowed in our home.

Holidays
I wrote this a couple days after New Years..
So, Christmas and New Years have come and gone. From the last time since I've written, I don't remember exactly when but Grandson's parents were served with court documents and to this day they have not responded to the court procedure. I don't know if they will be responding or do we win by default? Hard to say but they have until next Friday to respond.
His mother has accepted service for both of them. She, on the other hand no longer lives with the father and they hae split up. Somewhere, as I think she has always had this extra spare tire in the trunk this whole time, she just needed a good excuse to leave.. but I can understand on her end, but still when you decide to have a family you think you would have really considere about the person before a having children with them and making a family. That doesn't matter to me anymore, they are adults and they should have thought of that before so.. wouldn't you think so?
Anywho. We have celebrated our holidays on our own, and this is actually the first time we have not invited anyone else to our dinner or celebration. Yep, the first time. It was actually great, no fuss or anything, hahaha we even ate in our jamas.
I saw on my foster sister's facebook Santa was coming on the tracker called Nordsstar.. and as soon as it got on the USA soil, he jumped in the shower and asked to get his har blow dried so he can say his prayers and go to bed. We todl him if Santa sees that you are not sleeping he will pass on by... The funny thing is he only wrote a few things that he wanted for presents.. so during the month we had bought more for him. Christmas morning he was surprised, he says "I must of been have been really good this year!"
My health has been deterranting, and I'm not cool with it. I have fluids in my knees and ankles.. I have my Rhuementaologist do more blood tests and more xrays. I fall into depression only because I want to get better not feeling helpless and useless... I also have to see a podiatrist for my heeel spurs.. my right heel went bad and taking pain meds to cover that, but as usual I get very sleepy. I don't like drugs.

Yesterday...
What a day it was yesterday, it all started with he dogs growling and barking viciously.. I couldn't figure out what could set them off like the way they were going crazy.. It was the neighbor's kids instigating their dog with our dogs and trying to get them into a fight. I can say that it was working . I knocked on the window.. it normally worked when I knocked, they.. the dogs would come running and meet me at the door. but this time it didn't work so I whistled and no, they didn't come either.. I hollered out to them, and no... that didn't work either.... So at the same time I was watching the kids and noticed they had their dog and trying get the girls into a fight.. I yelled at the and told them to get the dog out of there.. and they did, but something was said and they went moseyed back over there and tried again.. The a mother moseyed out of there and started mouthing about "what did I say?" and the one of the boys said "She said to get the dog out of there" at first the boys laughed when she said something about my "bitching", but when I said I am right over there and still watching, she told me to go over there and start up with her.. one thing led to another and I didn't instigate into a fight, mind you, I was still in my pajamas.. so I was still standing there by the window... Yep, that fired me up and I told hubby when the boys came home what had happened.
The lady, I have never sseen her there before, and usually had a good relationship with our neighbors. She certianly resembled Coyote Ugly.. during the argument, her words melted as she spoke.. and soon after her words were just fading to nothing and meaningless.. I told her "Good day".. the part that really pissed me off is that she knew about my condition and my medical history.. I asked her were she got it she said it was from my caseworker.. and come Monday, I thought... someone is getting fired.. (Today we did call and made sure that particular lady is never to take another step in our home.)
Anyway, when the boys came home, I told hubby about it.. and he was in shocked.. I said, don't worry we didn't get in a fight and I didn't say anything that I would normally say and do when someone pissed me off. He was thankful. but in shocked that our neighbor would do that. I said it wasn't the lady that we see everday, it was another lady..
Last night, I dug up their history.. and boy they are just like garbage.. they may have the house or the cars.. but they are pure trash.. the husband went to jail and couldn't go home until he paid the full amount on child support, and they had a child removed from their home. Amazing how people can look top notch and they are nothing.. wow. I have yet to dig around for the wife.. everyone has a history somewhere hidden away from people to see..
This last weekend, we cleaned out the closets and donated the clothes.. o goodness gracious.. I felt like a true loser seeing my my old clothes before I got sick.. they are so small.. and most of them were still new, I hated to give them away but really, I am gaining weight and I don't see any turn around and getting back in shape. I have done something to my heel that's friggin painful and swollen, I was taking Vicoden, but I tossed it..hate the way it makes me feel. So, I just plainly endure the pain and get use to it...
I wonder how things would have been if I never got sick and let things the way they were going.. I probably would have had DWI by now, or got in a an accident.. I think it would have been a mess.. a total mess..
I have weaned off lots of things.. I don't have urges anymore, but sometimes I sure would like a sip of this and that, and I gotta tell ya they look so dang good. Evil is good, but it sure puts you in lotsa misery.
Now I have my little family and working to help Grandson succeed, and hopefully make a good life for him. We have lived our lives now, we focused on helping Rey go in the right direction....
You know, a lot has moved on.. a lot.. people have went their way, went on to new things.. and that is just how life is.. either they stick around and move with you or go on their own..
I just saw the Master's wife, who is a Master too hug Rey.. I am writing my blog at the dojo. I guess, I have a sense of jealousy..crazy huh? I never thought of someone else hugging my baby.. I better get use to it because he is doing great and always pushing himself to do better.. he is not a 'get-by' kinda kid.

Here I am.
I know it's been awhile since I've written anything. I guess I should many things to write about. Ha.. Okay, let's see what we got here..
I don't remember where I've left off, but yep I'm still here.. huh, I'm trying to think what I've done lately.
O here's one thing.. I wanted to go back to school and it didn't go well. I didn't remember what I read one whole day. Yep, that just ruined my whole deal.. I tried again, still it didn't work out for me. Needless to say I sure felt like a failure. I still do.
Ahhhh, here's another. We are in the process of adopting Grandson, yep that's right, we want him to be ours. We have invested so much time in raising him, he's so wonderful, we don't want to let him go.
Grandson's parents came by, I think a couple of weeks before Halloween, and asked for him. Two years of no type of contact, they think they can just zip in and take him away just like that, sorry but NOPE. Love my nephew and everything but he doesn't get nada. Grandson isn't an object that you just come and get, you know what I mean?
Funny, the week before they came, I just happened to call around for a Navajo Lawyer for hecksakes and I actually interviewed the lawyer's hubby.. he is an attorney, but wants $5000.00 up front. I kinda laughed and he says "Tell ya what, call my ex, she is an excellent Navajo Attorney and tell her what you told then tell her I prescribe full Guardianship. I called 'Elsie" and left her a message.
After the parents showed up, she returnrd my phone call. Yep, she's a busy woman always on the road going to court an interviews constantly. Hubby talked to her the first time, and she knew exactly what we were going through.. she's heard that same stories too many times. She made an appointment with us and our case took off. In the mean time, the parents were told NOT to rcontact us only through our lawyer. Right now, she got us Temp Custody without a hearing, and she said we probably don't need HOME STUDY because we already passed one before. The parents got served a few days ago.
A day before Thanksgiving my mom came and told me bunch of stories and when she told the others.. my sis, and nephews she wanted to visit me they didn't want to come near me. I just smiled, the smile that tells you it ain't none of your business. She said it again as if I didn't hear her.. I told her it's their own fault they kept dragging me into courts or have all different kinds of cops or ivestigators telling them I stole or kidnapped Grandson. Calling the FBI, or Government something... pure craze. I told her I got a lawyer and they have to stay away from me, if the want to say something they have to talk thru the attorney. My mom just put her head down. So she says she was going home, and they were going to move to another apartment on Thanksgiving day, and Ramon was going to buy her this and that for herr truck. With all was said, nothing was true, everything is still the same.
We have done all of our Christmas shoping and we can't wait. This year it will be just the three of us, for a long time we have been inviting friends or family. We found it was just so much better with just us ans it was so much less stressful and relaxing. On Thanksgiving Day, we even finished a whole turkey ourselves, thanks to Grandson, he eats like an adult.
My Grandbaby, he is still the best.. he is the top 3% of his school, the best his size in taekwondo, and he is getting ready to be baptized in church, so he is headed in the right direction and we're so proud of him. So far he has, 6 Gold Medals, and Four Silvers... he asked when was the next Tournament.. it's not until March.. It's a long time, but it's okay.

Ha ha ha
Last night I looked at my husband’s hand. I remembered the first time I held it, the first time I kissed his hand, I smiled. I glazed at him adoringly as he watched the television. Those eyes were flirtatious, my smiled widened. I said to him “Sweetheart?” He says “Hmm?” Not taking his eyes off the tv, I said sweetly “What do you see on me that hasn’t changed since we got married?” He quickly glances at me and back to the television, and says “Nothing.” You think he didn’t get roughed up last night?

El Paso Texas Tournament
First of all, one thing I can say for that is "It's all HORSESHIT!"
We were told to be there at 8am. to attend meetings for coaches and etc., no one was there. The door was open and people were there, but no meetings, no weigh-ins, nada.
The kid Grandson lost to was a red belt and 9 yo, and they don't check documents. The people who kept scores didn't know how to do it. I mean they gave a kid 52 points, they were told once again how to keep scores. People at the table didn't know how to work the bracket, they would write Grandson's name, cross it out, add him back on, it was a mess. Between sparring was about a good 20 minute wait. Grandson finally got to spar at 2:30 and was done almost 5pm. UGH, I said we were never going there again.
Above it all, Grandpookey was still under the weather. But he wanted to go so we did. We told him for the future ref.. when he is under the weather he will only do poomse and breaking, but not spar. That just drained him out.
I'm fine, I'm trying to get myself off all the meds. It is painful, but wth. Grandpa is fine too. Nothing has changed for us.
